Cristina Verchere, CEO OMV Petrom, a confirmat pentru Profit.ro că procesul de restructurare este în curs, vizând eliminarea a aproximativ 1.000 de posturi la nivelul companiei.

„Analizăm tranziţia către un mediu cu preţuri mai mici la petrol şi avem programe pentru creşterea eficienţei costurilor, care includ şi analiza dimensiunii forţei de muncă. Am făcut deja unele reduceri – estimăm o reducere totală de circa 1.000 de posturi, dintre care jumătate au fost realizate anul acesta. Restul va urma în 2026 şi 2027”, a declarat Verchere investitorilor, citează Profit.ro.

Măsura face parte dintr-un amplu program de eficientizare, prin care OMV Petrom vizează economii totale de aproximativ 150 milioane euro până în 2027, comparativ cu nivelul din 2024. Economiile vor proveni din reducerea costurilor cu personalul, optimizarea serviciilor, simplificare şi automatizare.
