Energy Distribution Services preia 3 companii. Tranzacția este analizată de Consiliul Concurenței

Consiliul Concurenţei analizează tranzacția prin care Energy Distribution Services SRL intenționează să preia Ground Investment Corp SRL, Elektra Wind Power SRL și Elektra Green Power SRL.

Energy Distribution Services SRL, Ground Investment Corp SRL, Elektra Wind Power SRL și Elektra Green Power SRL acționează pe piețele producției și comercializării de energie electrică, respectiv de certificate verzi, la nivel național. Ground Investment Corp SRL deține și operează centrala electrică CEE Babadag 3, care a fost pusă în funcțiune în anul 2016. Elektra Wind Power SRL deține și operează centrala electrică CEE Tortomanu 3, pusă în funcțiune în anul 2012, iar Elektra Green Power SRL deține și operează centrala electrică CEE Tortomanu 2, pusă în funcțiune în 2011.

În conformitate cu prevederile Legii concurenţei (nr. 21/1996), această tranzacție trebuie autorizată de Consiliul Concurenţei, care o va evalua în scopul stabilirii compatibilităţii sale cu un mediu concurenţial normal şi va emite o decizie în termenele prevăzute de lege.
